Refund Policy

Return and Cancellation Policy

MyExpressSite is committed to ensuring satisfaction for all customers. MyExpressSite relies on its Return and Cancellation Policy to help ensure this satisfaction.

MyExpressSite reserves the right to change this subscription agreement from time to time. Charges and payment terms may be changed in accordance with the applicable price schedule. All other provisions may be changed by MyExpressSite immediately upon notice. Continued use of the services and materials following any change constitutes acceptance of the change.

MyExpressSite may suspend or discontinue providing services and materials to you without notice and may pursue any remedy legally available if you fail to comply with any of your obligations hereunder.

MyExpressSite's Return Policy

Our return policy is as follows:

MyExpressSite will, at its discretion, allow for the return of payment if requested within the standard 3 day return period.

On the first account payment, we offer a 3-day refund period. This period begins immedately upon submission of your first payment. Once this 3 day period expires, there are no refunds.

The customer may cancel a recurring billing subscription at any time. A cancellation means that no future rebills are charged to the customer's account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund it will only stop any future rebills.

If the credit card on which you have requested billing expires, exceeds your maximum limit of credit, or is rejected by the card issuer for any reason, MyExpressSite will notify you by e-mail, paper invoice or telephone and will attempt to process the transaction within a reasonable period of time. If the charge is rejected by the card issuer again, you will receive notice. You may provide information and authorization to charge another credit card, or speak to customer support about an alternative method of payment.

Except as otherwise provided herein, all notices and communications hereunder shall be in writing or displayed electronically. Notices shall be deemed to have been properly given on the date deposited in the U.S. mail, if mailed; or on the date first made available, if displayed electronically. There are no refunds on domain orders, no exceptions.

By submitting your order, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Return and Cancellation Policy. You also agree you are purchasing a Website package which will allow you to create your own Website, Capture Pages, etc. Hosting is included with your package at no cost as long as you remain a client of MyExpressSite. You are not purchasing website design or hosting services.
